Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Manchester. Base £20,000. Including commission, first year earnings £30,000. Second year earning £50,000.

What would I be doing?

Be prepared for long hours, a fast-paced environment and lots of rewards. You will need to become very time efficient as there are never enough hours in the day in this job! Your ultimate goal is to find clients in your market who are needing a role filled, you will then source the perfect candidate for the vacancy. Your time will be spent resourcing candidates through various platforms, searching the database, advertising and cold calling. Then you’ll be screening and interviewing your candidates. Building and maintaining relationships with your clients is also essential, through networking and business development you will achieve company growth in your market. There will be targets to hit weekly, monthly and quarterly so it is essential you are someone who excels in KPI environments.
