Our client is looking for two trainee recruitment consultants to join their company in Leeds city centre. The company specialise in recruiting for the HR industry which is highly competitive and covers a range of roles. The role:

The role will be built with the goal that you will become an expert in the HR market and a reputable Recruitment Consultant. Your main goal is to find candidates for your clients, and find your candidates jobs. Your clients will be a range of companies that require a HR role to be filled whilst your candidates may be junior or senior professionals in the HR sector looking for a new role. You will be responsible for resourcing candidates through cold calling and job boards, conducting interviews and managing the overall recruitment process. You will also be looking for new business through business development and networking to help contribute to the growth of the company.

Ideal candidate?

- Degree educated or equivalent

- Prior sales experience preferable, but not essential

- Motivation and ambition are key
