My Recruitment client is a rapidly growing group of Recruitment specialists who Recruit across Legal and Financial Markets. They are looking for top Graduates to join and help them grow their Legal Recruitment team.
With a structure which encourages Graduates to train, develop, progress and become leaders with their own business are within 2yrs – this is an exciting and dynamic firm!
Training
- with external industry expert trainers attached to the firm, you will undergo a clear, structured training program with a pathway from Trainee to Consultant and beyond to business leader.
Development
- You will have the opportunity to develop your own brand as part of the business, building a desk within a specialist area of recruitment you can learn how to build your own division.
Earnings
- Your earnings will increase directly in line with your success with complete transparency, each target you hit will give you an increase in salary, from £28,000 starting, £30,000 within -12 months, up to £30,000 by the end of year 1, then steadily rising over the first 3 yrs to £50,000 base salary.
- Additionally you will be eligible for commission on your billings from day 1.
- First year overall earnings of £35,000
- £100,000+ earnings in 3-4 yrs
Leadership
- Once you are personally established you will learn how to develop and train others who will contribute to your own business area and benefit from additional profit share from your growing team.
Entrepreneurial
- Because you will become a leader and develop your own area in the business you will be in line for share ownership, owning a part of your business and learn how to be a Director and business owner with the safety and support of a wider and established business.
