Our Project & Programme Management Capability covers all areas of large scale Programme delivery, with the support of dedicated PMO (Project Management Office) Consultants.


We are currently looking to expand our Team with the addition of an exceptional Graduate who can embody our values and develop into a high-performing PMO Consultant.


Desired Skills & Experience:

  1. Excellent academic credentials – minimum 2.1 from top tier university, preferably with a business degree
  2. Professional – exceptional levels of personal presentation and professionalism
  3. Flexible – adaptable to different environments, business, cultures and types of work
  4. Must be able to travel – our work takes us to client sites which could be anywhere in the UK or Europe which may require being away from home Monday to Friday on a constant basis.
  5. Outstanding oral and written communication skills including ability to confidently and articulately present to a wide range of people or groups.
  6. Self-starter, able to quickly pick up new skills and learn from experienced professionals and both work independently and as part of a team
  7. Excellent time management and organisational skills
  8. Self-driven and motivated with the ability to work independently.
  9. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  10. The ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  11. Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT).


Responsibilities will include:

  1. Tracking and reporting on progress against project plans and reporting on variances
  2. Monitoring programme internal and external dependencies
  3. Ensure that workstream plans support the Programme plans and resolve/escalate any conflicts. Co-ordinate and resolve
  4. Work with teams to ensure assumptions, risks & issues are appropriately recorded, updated weekly and escalated where appropriate
  5. Reporting of benefits realization
  6. Managing the Quality Assurance process for Project Delivery
  7. Assist with managing programme budget and resources from an HCL perspective
  8. Support test planning and preparation
  9. Defect management during test cycles
  10. Support gating and readiness processes related to testing


Financial Reporting:

  1. Tracking Actual Time booked by Project Code
  2. Reporting Actual Time vs. Budget by Project Code
  3. Actual Time booked vs. Commercial Cover by Project Code
  4. Dashboard Reporting Actual vs. Budget vs. Commercial Cover
  5. Assistance with the Forecasting Process
  6. Maintenance of account P&L trackers
