As a Trainee Management Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, sourcing, and placing top-tier management candidates within their diverse client base. - Assist senior consultants in conducting thorough candidate searches through various sourcing channels, including databases, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Screen and evaluate CVs to identify potential management candidates who match client requirements and organisational needs.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and career aspirations, while providing a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to develop effective recruitment strategies for specific management positions and industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of their needs.
- Assist in preparing candidates for interviews by providing comprehensive information about the company, position, and interview process.
- Support in negotiating job offers and employment terms between clients and candidates.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to develop a deep understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates, clients, and team members.
- Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition, with a desire to learn and grow in the industry.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate documentation and candidate tracking.
