Trainee Headhunter Role; Graduates

Position Overview: We are seeking highly motivated and talented Graduates to become Headhunters to join our client’s London office. As a Headhunter, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting exceptional Candidates to match them with exciting career opportunities across the Legal Sector. Your expertise in evaluating candidates' skills, matching their profiles with job requirements, and building strong relationships with both candidates and clients will be key to your success in this role.   • Source, identify, and engage with high-potential Associate > Partner level Lawyers.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and career aspirations.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and company culture to ensure successful candidate placements.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of both clients and candidates, nurturing long-term relationships to facilitate successful matches.
  • As you progress, manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating interviews with clients, and negotiating job offers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights and enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to candidates and clients, ensuring a positive recruitment experience for all parties involved.


  • Bachelor's degree from top 30 UK University (or overseas equivalent)
  • Previous experience in sales, cold-calling, negotiation, Mooting, debating, recruitment, or headhunting is desirable, but not essential.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with candidates and clients.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge or interest in of London's Legal market, industry trends, an added bonus.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving recruitment targets and exceeding client expectations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
