We headhunt for in-house and agency teams from tech start-ups and scale ups, global conglomerates, transformational digital platforms to government associations. The type of work our clients are responsible for include running marketing campaigns, reputation management of a business or CEO, managing high level crisises or engaging with governments over key businesses issues. We work at a senior to mid-level – from CEO/CMO/Head of Communications/Head of Government relations to Communications Managers and Account Directors.  

We are looking to hire a Trainee Headhunter to join the team.  In this role you will be supporting senior members of the team to headhunt and attract talent from their specialised market. You will receive first class training, have exposure to different functions of the business and be involved in a range of projects: research and headhunting; mapping of markets; candidate generation and tracking. You will develop excellent communication skills and learn how to become a first-class head-hunter.  

The ideal candidate will have great interpersonal skills, tons of energy, and a real drive to succeed. You must be curious to learn, engaging with people and always ready for a challenge! You never know when a request to attend a CEO-level meeting, a networking event with industry leaders, or an invite to join a team Tough Mudder might land in your inbox!  We love people who are passionate and ambitious, who want to excel in their careers and aren’t frightened to get there! 

We are flexible on your location and open to discussions on part time or full time working.
