Trainee Executive Search Consultant
£24k pa + Commission + Gym + £54K
OTE| London| Permanent

The package:
• £24,000 basic salary (dependent on experience level).
• Generous monthly commission, resulting in a 54k OTE (plus additional multipliers and "roll over" targets).

We are ideally interested in talking to candidates with recruitment experience either at executive level already or those seeking to move into a role placing senior appointments across all functions and sectors. We would also welcome applications from candidates joining from a B2B sales background, in a role where you have built and developed relationships with board members and professional advisors.

Successful candidates will have a 2:1 or above, preferably in a business-related subject, and must have the want to get into a Sales Environment. This means that the successful candidate will have the mentality to thrive in a fast-paced environment, high skills in terms of communication and soft skills, money motivated candidates to reach and exceed their targets.

We connect leading hedge funds, private equity firms and asset managers with high calibre professionals. For this role, it is necessary to have relevant sector experience. You will need to be able to confidently approach and build rapport with your customers to identify their needs and sell the right product(s). Makes sales appointments with clients to achieve personal and branch sales targets. Selling the opportunity to attend one of our events.
