The primary responsibility of the role is to deliver revenue growth by instructing leads, through the servicing and provision of qualifying applicants for both sales and lettings, to each LiFE branch.

Key responsibilities:

  • Service and qualify incoming tenant and buyer leads from the varying LiFE marketing channels, registering them on the CRM and then referring to the relevant LiFE team
  • General support to the lettings and sales teams
  • The ongoing tele-farming of LiFE and stakeholder databases
  • Pro-actively arrange face to face meetings with current and prospective clients for the UK Business Development Managers and LiFE Branch Managers
  • Support and service the 10 branches and Circa 3000 domestic clients
  • Foster excellent relationships with the branch & regional business development teams
  • Advise and support prospective tenants & clients on their London property search and LiFE processes
  • Advise and support Landlords and Vendors on their UK residential development investments
  • Understand and promote LiFE partner services & referrals at every opportunity
  • Represent LiFE at launches, exhibitions and client meets where required
  • Build and manage the relocation agent relationship database

Key Skills and requirements:

  • A keen and demonstrable interest in the London and UK property market
  • Consistently demonstrate LiFE’s core values
  • Experience in residential Lettings or Sales, or sales / customer service experience in a consumer facing role
  • Strong interpersonal skills to develop relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Have a proven record of providing excellent internal/external customer service
