The Role
No previous experience is required for this exciting graduate opportunity as a Software Support Analyst. In this role, you will be providing support to the various healthcare organisations that use our clinical software, SystmOne. You will be engaging with customers from a wide range of healthcare settings which can be anything from GP practices through to hospitals and mental health units and will have the opportunity to work across a number of projects. Full training will be provided on taking and resolving support calls and using SystmOne.

If you enjoy taking on new projects and challenges, have good customer service skills and want to work in a role that really makes a difference to improving healthcare, then this is the ideal job for you.

Responsibilities include:
1st and 2nd Line Support – Handling and solving issues, as well as taking queries regarding SystmOne from our customers. These include end users, such as staff at GP surgeries, as well as national service desks. You will be responsible for identifying issues, as well as replicating the issue and testing the potential fix. You will also be in charge of making configuration changes, setting up or enabling functionality and problem solving.

Projects – There are always a range of projects Software Support Analysts are involved in. These include reporting on the service we are providing to our users, recruitment, developing and improving the system and representing the company in external meetings. The team’s specialist knowledge means that they act as the connection between the company and the customer.

• A 2:2 degree, or higher, in any discipline
• A minimum of eight A*-C GCSE’s, including English and Maths (or equivalent)
• IT literate
• Problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail
• A professional telephone manner
• The ability to work under pressure
