Merchandising and Buying are the areas that make our business unique, and so they’re vital to our future success.
Responsibility from the start
As a graduate your journey will begin at our European head office in Watford, UK in the Merchandising team, where you’ll learn about our business fully and begin to drive results in an entrepreneurial way from day one.
This will begin with a comprehensive induction and training plan, including both classroom and practical workshops for you to understand how fundamental the partnership between Merchandising and Buying is in delivering value to our customers online and in store.
Your development within Merchandising will be varied and often self-driven. By having all conversations at eye-level, we’ll help your entrepreneurial spirit flourish and help you to develop the knowledge, skills and relationships essential for you to reach your goal and make decisions that contribute to profitable sales. You will do all of this with the support of a large network; including your manager, mentors and buddy.
We also offer relocation support to help you make the exciting move from Germany to the UK; we’ll be by your side throughout and provide help at all times, in order to make your move as smooth as possible.

• A degree in any discipline

• Business level German/Italian and English skills
• Able to build strong and trusting relationships
• Ability to think outside the box and take risks
• Comfortable admitting your mistakes and learning from them
• Great communication skills
• Sharp commercial thinking and analytical skills
• Flexibility and able to thrive in a constantly changing environment where decisions happen quickly
Alongside the requirements listed above, we’re keen to hear from people like you who speak European languages, or who’ve lived and worked in mainland Europe. However, as our business language is English you’ll need to speak and write English fluently as well.
