Supporting all areas of the Bank, we play a vital role in facilitating the massive transformation programme we're going through. And as a graduate, you'll be at the very heart of it all. We work with business teams across the business to drive, scope, analyse, cost, implement, monitor, manage and validate change while making sure we don't compromise our ethics or values in the process. Everything you do will prepare you for a leadership role in project and change management. Our rotational placements will get you up to speed with the technical aspects of scoping, documenting and implementing projects, as well as supporting you to engage, challenge and negotiate with stakeholders. You'll learn about business analysis, solution development, requirements management, project management methodologies, information management and relationship building. What's more, you'll be responsible for helping to shape the future shape of our Bank.
