This agency are seeking a Telesales / Recruitment Consultant to join their team.

You will enjoy full training and will be partnered with, and be mentored by one of the Senior Managers. Building relationships is the key. You will work with businesses to identify their recruitment needs, develop solutions and match candidates successfully to their vacancies. This will require determination, skill and innovation in a competitive marketplace.

They recognise and reward performance through monthly commission and prizes. For their annual trip this year they will be taking the team to Dubai for an all-expenses paid break.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing new client business
  • Managing job campaigns.
  • Meeting with candidates and clients to better understand their recruitment requirements and gain market knowledge.
  • Telephone and face to face meetings to sell the services of the business.
