Our teams at Hilmore House (our head office in Bradford) work hard to make good things happen. Join us on our 2-year Technology Graduate scheme and you’ll play an important part in reinventing our technology and leading innovative change throughout the business. Life moves fast at Morrisons, and as one of our technology graduates, you’ll come up with ways to make it move even quicker, all while earning a starting salary of £28,000.

What’s involved?

On our two-year scheme, you’ll work across various functions including e-commerce, marketing and technology while taking on impactful projects and enjoying fantastic training and mentoring. You’ll develop your analytical, project management and commercial skills, all essential for a future technology career. Day-to-day, you could be:

  • Rolling out new updates in systems used business-wide
  • Launching new systems that improve efficiencies within key processes
  • Helping the wider business with day-to-day technology tasks when the need arises

Our structured training and the opportunity to work on exciting projects mean you’ll have plenty of opportunities to progress and learn while with us. By the end of the programme, you will be ready to take your next steps into a successful career as a specialist in technology.

What you’ll need to join us

We are food makers and shop keepers, and together, we make Morrisons. We’re looking for graduates who will take ownership of problems that arise and resolve them, have a drive to succeed and have the creativity to design and implement innovative solutions. You need to be a great communicator with strong listening skills and the ability to build relationships well. Candidates also need a minimum 2:1 degree and a full UK driving licence. Other key qualities we’d like to see include:
