A graduate trainee in technical/building services management will work closely with the site project team to manage the building services’ design, installation, testing & commissioning process. Building services engineering includes managing the different mechanical and electrical systems that are required to ensure the building is fully operational in all fit out and construction projects.

If you have a technical mindset, interested in heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), electrical, and public health services, then this is the role for you. You will work closely with the mechanical and electrical consultants and sub-contractors, helping ensure the building is delivered to the relevant standards, guidelines and specification, ready for the occupants to move in.

Academic requirements

To apply for our graduate development programme, you need to have achieved or be predicted to achieve a minimum 2:1 undergraduate degree (or international equivalent). We will consider the following degrees:

· Building Services Engineering

· Electrical Engineering

· Mechanical Engineering

You will also need:

A minimum of 96 UCAS points (2017 points tariff) or 240 UCAS points (pre-2017 points tariff) from your A levels (excluding general studies) or a minimum merit grade in your BTEC or HNC (or international equivalent)

Grade C or above in GCSE English and Maths
