THE COMPANY


Our client is a highly social, innovative tech organisation that helps the developer community learn and share skills to write better software. The company organises and hosts hundreds of talks, meetups, conferences, workshops, courses and hackathons, to help members discover new technologies and practices, share ideas and learn new skills. They've recently opened a huge and specialised technology event venue, complete with lecture spaces, a funky break-out area and licensed bar. Now, they're looking for a Community Sales Outreach Executive to win new business for their exciting events.


THE ROLE


Your main objective will be to develop new business opportunities for the company. You'll be contacting businesses to understand their training and events challenges, to invite them to events, and to sell the company to them. You'll be selling tickets and sponsorship packages to the company's exciting events, and you'll get to host your clients when they attend!
