Regional Recruitment Manager

The Role:

  • Manage a team of 10 recruitment professionals, developing two key player managers in running their own sub teams
  • Oversee the assessment of all graduate applications, running on average 28 assessment centres per month
  • Deliver bespoke recruitment services to a variety of clients
  • Effectively manage a team of recruiters through strong KPI initiatives and performance related incentives
  • Conduct regular one-to-one review sessions to monitor progression, motivation and areas for improvement throughout your team
  • Drive a positive and effective working culture throughout the region

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in manging a team or recruiters/inbound/outbound telesales
  • Strong experience at driving KPIs
  • Driving Licence Preferable
  • Experience in a fast paced and competitive environment
  • An understanding of the end to end recruitment cycle
  • People management experience
  • Calm under pressure
