As the success booms, we are now on the look-out for a Team Assistant/PA to support the MD and team in the day-to-day running on the business.

Working in the heart of Soho, you will be responsible for ensuring the proactive management of the company's administrative activity.

A self-starter and independent thinker, you must have a have a great work ethic and an enthusiastic and flexible attitude to the tasks they are set.


Administrative support to Managing Director

Actively manage diary, ensuring all meetings and appointments are prioritised, planned and arranged

Office accounting, including managing monthly payment run (assisting the Accounts team)

Ensure smooth running of the office on a day-to-day basis, including stationary orders, organising meetings, diary and booking system management, organising company events, attending meetings and taking minutes

Carry out ad hoc tasks and research as required

Research and plan travel for the wider team as required

Opportunity to expand role to include music booking duties

Attending at least one live show per week in London to review artists shows


Previous experience in PA/Assistant roles

Strong attention to detail

Good team player who is self-motivated, proactive and flexible to changing circumstances

A professional and enthusiastic approach to administrative tasks

A passion, and respect, for the music/events industry
