Tax Technology and Transformation Graduate Programme

Transform our client’s tax, finance and operations functions through Tax technology advice and implementation support. And embark on a career journey you can own, shape and grow.

About the programme

Our Tax, Technology and Transformation (TTT) area is becoming more and more relevant for our clients and their businesses. The world of tax is evolving as authorities pursue a digital agenda. And it’s up to us to collaborate with clients as they navigate this next phase in the digital era. It’s a global challenge – one that you’ll enjoy solving as a member of our team. On our graduate programme, you’ll work on high-profile top-tier client projects as soon as you step through our doors (or start work through our hybrid format). You’ll explore how we help clients adapt to a rapidly changing environment. And you’ll welcome the challenges that come with assessing new, large scale, complex and data-intensive tax regimes.

What will you be doing?

  • Specialising in Tax Technology, but also working in different areas of tax such as Indirect Tax or Operational Tax.
  • Helping clients design their ways of operating and managing compliance.
  • Building bespoke technology solutions.
  • Assisting in the successful delivery of tax projects, ensuring technical excellence and business-driven approach.
  • Delivering high-quality projects and advice to our clients.
  • Building relationships both within the firm and externally with clients.

How is it structured?

Join your team in UK and Ireland (UK&I) or Financial Services (FS) where you will commence working in Tax TT. Throughout the programme, you will have coaching and training opportunities and lots of support from your team. And you’ll work towards your Associate Chartered Accountant qualification with the Institute of Chartered Accountants for UK&I or the Certificate in Finance, Accounting and Business (CFAB) for FS.

If you perform well, meet your objectives and achieve your qualifications, there will be an opportunity to be promoted to Senior by the end of the programme.

Year one

In your first year, you can expect to be working directly with clients on-site, gathering the knowledge and skills you need to reach your career goals.

Years two and three

Work on client projects and develop skills in data analytics and visualisation, artificial Intelligence and machine learning, solution architecture, operations and program management, Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) initiatives, and data management, governance and architecture.

Alongside our programme offering, we give you all the training and exposure to real-world work you could want. We also offer company-wide and programme-specific rewards that make all the hard work worthwhile. These include wellbeing initiatives, a free tech MBA, healthcare support, a pension scheme and more.

Technology in Tax Technology and Transformation

You’ll work with the latest technologies to help some of the largest firms in the world. That means keeping up with changes in our digital landscape, developing your technical and analytical skills, researching global trends and regulatory updates, and continually working to optimise client businesses in a cost-effective way. Regardless of industry, the projects can span from Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning based solutions to the build, implementation and deployment of Cloud based solutions.

This is where your adventure begins and where you have every opportunity to build an exceptional experience. Embrace the challenge as you help us build a better working world for everyone.
