We work with SaaS businesses from small pre series A companies to US based software unicorns to partner with them to help them build their sales function. Getting the right sales people is super tough but very important for these businesses as the people we place are essentially the first port of call for potential new clients. Finding, recruiting and placing talented people requires specific expertise and this is where we come in!
We consult with SaaS companies to understand what their businesses look like. We understand the objectives of their sales development function, what type of personality will fit with their culture, advise on brand presentation & interview processes but setting out to find the right people to join our clients teams.
We look to present our own brand as the gateway to an exceptional career opportunity and we work through our online channels and networks to find the best & most talented people to introduce to our clients for assessment.
Our specialist SDR virtual assessment then tests the candidates true potential for the role via a series of individual and group sales tasks. Clients find their future sales stars & they join our clients teams.
We are then involved in the development of the newly appointed Sales Development Representative through a virtual sales academy covering all he sales and business development skills they will need to be successful in the first year!

We are currently hiring a Talent Executive to join our team! We are looking for a high potential individual who loves connecting with people, creating online content, getting involved in job pitching, negotiating & ultimately closing deals and winning revenue for our company. This is a sales role so only the most tenacious need apply .

You will be a recent graduate with a 2.1 degree from a prestigious university. You will have high personal standards & be able to point to experiences which demonstrate you are a high achiever. You will enjoy winning deals & have a friendly competitive nature but also enjoy working as part of a close team. No experiences necessary - just a whole lot of potential and a great attitude!
