£30,000 basic - £45,000 OTE

We are Venatrix - London’ leading provider of SDR talent to the SaaS market. Set up by Elaine Tyler CEO 5 years ago, expert Business Development Director Sophie Allen joined shortly after & the rest is history! Over that time we have grown a network of over 400 clients & have worked with 1,200 candidates to help them find their first career- forming professional role!  

  

We work with SaaS businesses from small pre series A companies to US based software unicorns to partner with them to help them build their SDR function. Getting the right SDRs is super tough but very important for these businesses as the people we place are essentially the fist port of call for potential new clients. Finding, recruiting and placing talented people requires specific expertise and this is where we come in! 

  

We consult with SaaS companies to understand what their businesses look like. We understand the objectives of their sales development function, what type of personality will fit with their culture, advise on brand presentation & interview processes but setting out to find the right people to join our clients teams.  

  

Our specialist SDR virtual assessment then tests the candidates true potential for the role via a series of individual and group sales tasks. Clients find their future sales stars & they join our clients teams. 

  

We are part of Recruitment Entrepreneur, which is a £50 million turnover portfolio of companies featuring 17 brands and employing 150 + people. RE’s chair person is James Caan -former dragon.  


Covid- despite being a recruitment company, we were extremely quick to “ recover “ from the initial shock of covid. We adapted our processes to take the assessments that we used to run in person online. Our clients are hiring heavily as they sell tech which means face to face activities are not necessary for them to make sales. Therefore, they need high quality sales teams now more than ever!
