At Talbot we tailor our programme and each graduate will be given opportunities to experience their specialist areas as well as other parts of the business through our rotation schedule. Your rotations will include areas such as Operations, Claims, Underwriting, Finance, Capital Modelling, Analytics and IT. As part of your rotations you may also be able to visit to one of our overseas offices. From day one you are supported through your journey and we schedule regular reviews to ensure you progress and take full advantage of all Talbot has to offer in helping you to achieve your career aspirations.

Naturally we will sponsor you through appropriate professional qualifications to help you build your knowledge. We will also arrange appropriate personal development activities over the course of the year.

You need to be open and approachable with very strong relationship building skills, inquisitive with a desire to adapt to and initiate change, collaborative, influential and resilient. You need to be a recent graduate with a 2:1 in any degree subject and a minimum of a B at A ’Level in either Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Computer Science or Economics.
