You will be joining Content Guru as a Graduate Support Engineer - this will consist of:

- Providing support to clients across the globe
- Diagnosing and resolving a variety of applications and networking issues related to Storm (the world's largest Communications Integration platform)
- Taking ownership of Engineering Services projects
- Delivering detailed progress reports regarding queries and projects to both clients and colleagues
- Ensuring that hardware and software are working effectively throughout the company
- Developing and updating Content Guru's communication applications

- Educated to a 2.1 degree level standard in a STEM discipline (e.g. Science, Engineering, Technology, Maths)
