Support Engineer Role:


Provide frontline IT support to customers based in Germany, in sectors ranging from central government, travel and utilities


Obtain and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the storm platform in order to best troubleshoot issues


Diagnose and resolve application and networking issues ahead of time to ensure the platform remains available for all clients


Take ownership of engineering services projects, ensuring they're delivered on time and to a high standard


Visit client sites in order to install hardware and software, both domestically and internationally


Regularly liaise with engineering departments and external suppliers


Develop and update communication applications through management software when applicable


Support Engineer:


Educated to high degree level standard with a full Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject


Fluency in English and German


Excellent time management skills and comfortable meeting tight deadlines


Strong communication skills, written and verbal


The ability to diagnose and troubleshoot problems


Customer facing experience


Code writing experience desirable, ideally in C, C++, C#, PHP or JavaScript


Comfortable working in a fast paced environment and culture
