Supply Chain Graduate Programme (Northern Sites)

Details

Description

Working in one of our regional supply chain offices - Motherwell, Newton Aycliffe, Runcorn or Doncaster

Here at Lidl, our regional Supply Chain departments need proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated graduates like you to lead the way. Over the two-year training programme, you’ll receive all the support you need to succeed, develop, and progress your career.

The first year will be understanding how each part of our supply chain function operates and the impact it has. Alongside this you will spend time in all areas of our regional operations.

In your second year, you will focus on giving you the tool and training for an Assistant Team Manager role. On top of this, you’ll complete our comprehensive training academy with full support along the way. You’ll be part of a fast-paced programme with tangible results and goals.

Please note that your application will include three online exercises, designed to provide us with a more in-depth understanding of you as a potential future leader at Lidl. To find out more and even conduct a practice exercise, please feel free to visit the following website: http://getstarted.cut-e.com

The process will also include a video interview and face-to-face assessment centre. Our assessment centres take place in the regions with expected dates during W/C 8th August & W/C 15 August 2022. We look forward to receiving your application.
