Supply Chain is at the heart of everything we do, from providing 1st class customer care support to delivering over 15 million healthcare products per week to our customers & patients. It’s a complex, high tech and innovative operation, where you will be working with and leading teams to shape & improve our supply chain network to accommodate for the ever changing landscape of the UK healthcare industry.

What can you expect?

Our structured two year programme is designed to develop and grow future Supply Chain leaders within our business. Throughout the graduate programme you will gain exposure to everything from running a warehouse shift, taking accountability for inventory performance, applying the basis of project management methodologies and understanding the importance of supplier relationships and our approaches to drive performance outcomes.

As an AAH Supply Chain graduate, you'll gain experience & insight into how one of the Pharmaceutical industry's most complex supply chains is run and managed.

We have 3 x graduate opportunities available for our 2018 intake, based across the following UK locations, all of these will also include 6 months working at our head office in Coventry:

• Warrington and Leeds
• Birmingham and Stoke on Trent
• Swansea and Bristol

To ensure you achieve the maximum experience and full understanding of our Supply Chain operation, it is essential that you are geographically mobile throughout the two year scheme.

The first 12 months of the programme will be focussed on working within a distribution centre, where you will be exposed to all aspects of running a successful warehouse and transport operation. A key element of your first year will also encompass a cross-functional project for you to work on with other graduates in the programme, sharing best practice and the skills you have learnt up to date.

In the 2nd year, you will take on additional placements across the breadth of our supply chain network including supply planning, inventory replenishment and project leadership.

Our innovative graduate programme is designed to help you build and demonstrate a clear understanding of how a full end-to-end supply chain works. We are committed to developing your industry knowledge and leadership capabilities, supported by the opportunity to gain qualifications in lean six sigma and achieve a fast track career as a future leader within our business.
