Description
As a graduate at Petrofac, you’ll work with world-class experts on some of the most significant energy projects in the world. You’ll join us in our mission to design, build, manage and maintain infrastructure for diverse clients including some of the world’s leading energy companies. At every step of the way, you can look forward to friendly advice and guidance from your mentors and colleagues. Together we’ll enable clients to meet the world’s evolving energy needs.
What we offer you
You’ll receive structured training aligned to a professional body (CIPS), giving you credentials to last your whole career. Training is delivered in a variety of ways: within Petrofac, externally and on-the-job. You’ll also have the advantage of personal development programmes to build up your interpersonal and leadership skills.
Crucially, you’ll make a real contribution from day one through hands-on work experience projects that broaden your professional experience and knowledge of Petrofac. We’ll match you with an expert as a mentor to provide day-to-day support.

This is an incredibly varied discipline, so you’ll enjoy placements in a range of different roles to maximise your professional growth.
We’ll rely on you to source and procure operational and engineering materials and services in the most efficient and cost-effective way. Along the way you’ll update reports, expedite orders, make sure everything is delivered safely offshore, and help to ensure the timely selection of suppliers. What’s more, you’ll help with our journey to digitise and optimise our supply chain systems.
What you’ll bring
We’ll expect you to have or expect a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business management or a related subject. And of course, you’ll be keen to keep learning.
You should also demonstrate:
