This is an outstanding opportunity to be part of an innovative new online learning service that's recently been launched in the UK. Working in partnership with universities across the UK, the Enrolment Advisor will be responsible for recruiting mature students to a specific course(s) for a dedicated client university. Their role will combine elements of both inside sales and university admissions process management.

Working with generated leads, the EA will be responsible for assessing each prospective mature students’ suitability for their chosen MBA course and utilising phone, email and online tools to manage them through the sales funnel to registration. The EAs will use Salesforce and integrated telephony systems to ensure that all prospective students enjoy an outstanding customer experience, tailored to the specifications of each client university.

The candidate
The successful candidate will be highly organised, enjoy paying attention to detail and working in a fast paced, commercially focused environment. They will demonstrate a great customer service ethos, be an effective team player and be keen to drive their own success. Experience of B2C consultative selling in professional services, student or talent recruitment is essential.

Core Tasks and Responsibilities
Person to person selling utilising phone, email, SMS and online engagement activity. This encompasses contacting digitally generated leads against well-established service standards and working them through the sales funnel over an extended period of months. Core communications tools include phone, SMS and email.
Utilising our customised CRM instance to maintain detailed personal records for each prospective student in order to deliver a highly engaging personalised experience.
Utilising personal and team activity reports and dashboards to monitor and drive personal performance and against pre-determined sales KPIs
work flexibly and collaboratively with other members of the team to maintain service standards that deliver against KPIs for all intakes and programmes within the portfolio
Assess the suitability of prospective students and assist them with the application submission process. This can include using a database to assess qualifications as well as providing support regarding English language testing, access to finance and the submission of CVs, references and personal statements.
Participate in developing new and innovative ideas for campaigns, workflows and messaging to improve personal and team performance.
