The Programme

You will join a formal Rotational Graduate Programme based at our Cirencester head office. Over a three year period you will undertake up to six, 6-month placements, working within a variety of departments and colleagues of all levels, gaining a valuable insight into a fast-paced business area.

We can offer the successful candidates a challenging and interesting career path in an innovative, growing business. Your journey could take you forward to a number of career opportunities in Finance, Business Development, Marketing, Investment Management, Legal, Technology or HR, to name a few areas.

We will also support you in studying for your Wealth Management Masters Degree through Loughborough University School of Business and Economics.

We are looking for bright individuals with great communication skills who are able to balance personal confidence and ambition with teamwork and humility. You will have a professional, positive and conscientious attitude, and be looking to develop your knowledge and career.
