You will be mentored by proven top performers who will work closely with you to help you achieve and maintain excellence in your career. Your training will be intensive and ongoing, and tailored to accommodate your strengths and weaknesses.

Day to Day duties include -
-Maximising the companies industry leading resource system as well as the internet, databases and telephone networks to source new business
-In depth graduate training sessions both in one to one and in groups
-Client events, conferences and meetings
-Opening, managing and looking after existing and new client relationships
-Screening candidate CV's and souring suitable candidates
-Working towards incentive back sales targets

You will receive full training which will include intense initial training of 1-2 weeks, where the in house trainer will go through all aspects of the Recruitment role broken down into modules such as, how to overcome objections, closing techniques, how to structure a client meeting, head hunting techniques, etc.

Progression is based on your own success and achievements. You will be given a target to achieve within the first 6 months and if that is hit, you will progress to Consultant level and will receive a salary increase. This will continue up to Team Lead and Manager level.


All graduates must have a 2.2 and be able to commute to London.
