By working with organisations and sharing best practice, we help to raise quality and standards and make sure dignity and respect are at the heart of service delivery.

If you're looking to start your career in care and have a degree, there are lots of social care opportunities for you.

We’re searching for compassionate, committed and ambitious graduates who are aspiring to be the next generation of leaders in health and social care.

If this is you, our 2018 Graduate Management Programme gives you the opportunity to gain invaluable experience with forward-thinking health and social care employers.

Developed in partnership with the NHS Leadership Academy and the Department of Health and Social Care, it’s designed to fast-track graduates into leadership roles in the ever-growing health and social care sector.

The programme consists of a 12-month work placement with a social care organisation, including a secondment within a health care setting. During your time on the scheme, you’ll achieve a fully funded management qualification and a health and social care leadership qualification. You will also develop the essential skills, knowledge and strategies to become an effective leader so that you can make a real impact on the lives of others.

To be eligible to apply you’ll need a 2:2 or equivalent in any subject in the last seven years, and a grade C in GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).

Successful candidates will start the programme in October 2018.

A full-time paid position for a minimum of 12 months – you’ll be paid a tax-free bursary of £20,000 for the 12 months.
