Showroom Administrator - Luxury Textiles
£27,000 (with an increase to £28,000 after probation is passed)

The Company:
A well-known, US based interior supply brand. This company provide fabrics, carpets and wall coverings for large scale interior design projects globally. The company's head office is in New York, and they have high end design show rooms in all of the leading design centres throughout the world. The UK arm of the business, based in London, has enjoyed successful growth over the last 5 years, with exciting forecasts for the future.

This is an excellent opportunity to work as part of a friendly and committed team, exclusively supplying the top end interior design trade with luxury carpets and furnishings.

You will be responsible for:

* Day to day administration
* Managing orders
* Correspondence with US warehouse
* Updating inventory
* Producing excel reports
* Preparing invoices
* Support of the sales team
* Support of the Logistics Manager

To be a successful applicant for the role you will have:

* Support of the Logistics Manager
* A strong degree in business / marketing or an arts based degree (textiles, history of art etc) preferred, although other courses will be considered
* Excellent organisation skills
* A minimum of 10 months relevant work experience including administration
* Gravitas and immaculately presented
