Job Title: Senior Customer Success Manager

Salary: £40,000 basic + £8,000 commission OTE

Location: London

We are recruiting for an exciting organisation revolutionising marketing within the beauty industry! They are looking for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join their team!

Be one of the early joiners to this seed round funded company that is really going places! This role would suit someone with 2 years account management / customer success experience who is excited by luxury beauty brands & has the ability to make an impact in a fast growth start up! Working with some truly talented leaders, you will have the chance to fast track your career supporting a hot solution in a company with a very flat hierarchy at present – this role is for the brave & ambitious only! 




The team is small but growing so they are looking for people who want to have a big impact and contribute to the culture. The culture is open & friendly and the team take part in activities like mini golf- go karting and after work drinks. The company have a brand new office and work 3 days in the office and the rest from home.


The Role & Progression


Progression is “ limitless” at this company and once team members prove they are ready there are no plans to hold individuals back. There is a detailed and immersive training program to get you up to speed! Learning from the current CSMs you will understand all parts of the business, how to support a client and gather an understanding of the full sales cycle.


Once trained you will be:

  • Liaising with customers on a daily basis  
  • Managing a Junior Customer Success Manager to help with your workload
  • Working with client to help define their strategy & market approach
  • Reacting to client needs & Supporting clients proactively  
  • Manage customers through the onboarding  
  • Make sure they have everything they need to deploy campaigns  
  • Analysis of campaign performance  


A bit about the company:

This company helps brands design & deliver engaging product & sampling campaigns to customers, driving sales & unlocking revenue! They are a digital sampling platform which helps get the right product samples ( ie beauty) to the right customers, understand their feedback about the product and whether they go on to buy it! On top of this the company helps businesses collect huge amounts of data points to help this brands market back to their customers – genius! This is the new age version of “popping some samples in the bag “ that is still done over many beauty counters but ultimately has no feedback loop! Their clients include L’Oreal, Dior, Sephora and Clarins.
