Selecta is focused on growth through acquisition and one of our recent acquisition companies is Express Vending, a leading supplier of high quality vending machines within the UK. Express Vending have long run a successful graduate scheme


aimed at developing Field Sales talent and this year Selecta is working in partnership with Express to train & develop Sales Superstars working under the Selecta brand out of either Manchester or Bristol.


With the support of senior ‘hands-on’ sales managers, we will refine your business skills and sales techniques and teach you what it takes to develop into a highly successful member of our team.


The successful candidates will not only receive a first class training programme but will also be part of a well-structured, fast-track career development plan that will take you to management level and beyond.


The ideal person will be a highly motivated graduate looking to succeed. Characteristics such as confidence, competitiveness, ambition, personal drive and persuasive ability are far more important than previous sales experience since our training will accelerate the learning of key sales disciplines needed by high flyers and the environment in which we operate.


The person:


· Strong academic background including a degree with a grade of 2:1 or above


· Able to work well as part of a team


· Highly motivated


· A proven history of achievement and success

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Driving licence

· Success in sports is very desirable
