Managing compliance checks and supporting the sales and operations teams with processes, CRM queries and various requests to ensure efficiency is maintained and KPIs are met
Providing insights into sales and products through various systems, tracking data, dashboards, and managing Excel analysis to create accurate forecasts and information to the team
Improving processes through liaising with internal stakeholders, such as the finance team to increase efficiencies
Identifying inefficiencies in the order booking process and being forthcoming with areas for improvement to optimise the process.
With Advanced Excel skills and a working understanding of V-LookUp and pivot tables, plus knowledge of CRM and business systems, you will be able to grasp the complexities and nuances of this role
Having some B2B experience in a similar role and educated to degree level in an analytical subject will enable you to hit the ground running
Presentable, polite and confident in communicating through different forms of media, such as over the phone, email and face-to-face to maintain a high standard of professionalism
An analytical individual, with high attention to detail and excellent organisational skills, prepared to use initiative to succeed in a fast-paced environment
