By taking our amazing brand to the heart of where our consumers live & play, driving awareness & generating new distribution listings you will play a key role is helping explode our business growth.

Objective of Role


To be the catalyst of a our companies take over of London. Driving awareness, consumer engagement and distribution listings of our products - spreading the Kids healthy snacking word on the streets and creating excitement for the brand.


Activating sampling events, influencer seeding, creating pop-up events at 'trophy' locations, achieving new distribution listings to create a personal connection with our consumers - our healthy snacking kids and their mums & dads.


Responsibilities


Devote 50% of time to field marketing activities by:


Creating mini branded Pop-up events around stores


Executing instore retail demonstrations and shopper events


Devote 50% of time to sales listings with a focus on retail, store manager engagement, merchandising and opening new accounts.


Work closely with the Brand Team and Managing Director to provide strategic and creative input in the programme planning, including branding, sales initiatives and community building.


Nurture new & existing retail accounts to create a strong brand presence in store.


Delivering Pop-up events/sampling points at kids venues. E.g. Kidzania, British Museums, pop concerts, film premiers, school events, etc.


Develop effective and breakthrough field marketing initiatives that help create and increase brand affinity along all channels (customers, instore staff and event attendees) and help drive sales into retail stores.


Connect with local VIP influencers, securing breakthrough events where the brand can thrive amongst attendees, creating future connections and brand affinity


Work closely with the Brand and Social team to share activities and enable swift social media amplification


Daily use of phone based apps to record sales/engagements/achievements/barriers.

Must be able to engage with groups/crowds


Valid drivers licence


Must have a good understanding of social media platforms


Must have a smart phone with ability to upload apps and take/upload/identify photos. Internet access.


Our consumers are Kids - so need to be flexible to work days, nights and weekends as needed.
