What you get:

The Sales Leadership Development Programme is a structured, international programme that will expose you to various aspects of the Sales function in Sherwin-Williams. During the course of 18 months, you will experience multiple Sales and R&D roles in the UK, Sweden, and Italy. You will build key skills and competencies that will enable you to become a successful Sales manager in the UK.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
• Willingness to relocate during the programme
• Passionate about customers and the ambition to become a sales manager
• Proactive working style, strong communication skills, conceptual thinking
• Full Driving Licence
