Financial Promoter is the UK’s freshest financial title. Our
readers are marketing managers at banks, asset managers, fintechs,
payments companies and beyond.
Launched in April by Rhotic Media, Financial Promoter landed initially as a high-quality, quarterly, perfect-bound magazine. It is about to launch a sister website in the coming weeks and several events in the months that follow.
After a phenomenal response to the print launch, we are accelerating our
plans to expand the title, building a dedicated team within the
business, in response to market demand.
Financial Promoter analyses marketing campaigns of financial
services companies across capital markets and retail finance. We speak
to marketers in banking, investment, pensions, lending, and professional
services. We cover major financial conferences, seminars, and
exhibitions around the world, focussing in on campaign trends so
marketers better understand what their peer group are doing.
After the initial launch, it is clear there is commercial appetite for the title, with exhibitors, media companies, recruiters, and tech platforms all keen to reach our audience of sophisticated financial marketers.
Who we want
We are looking for a graduate interested in a career in media. If you
are keen to learn how magazines, events and websites are driven,
commercially, then this job is for you!
The sale executive will drive bookings for the magazine, the website and the soon-to-be-launched annual conference – FP Live!

You’ll likely be keen to build a network that will set you up for your career. You’ll be a people person, keen to develop new relationships and keen to learn how to cultivate leads and generate new business opportunities by email, phone and in person.
This is a perfect opportunity for someone with an interest in media,
publishing or events. You will be working as part of a brand new team to
build a product set that is a big investment area for the agency.
You’ll cultivate new relationships with clients and be organised, with
sound admin skills. On a day-to-day basis you’ll be contacting prospects
regularly. While some of this will be done on email and over the phone,
there will also be travel within the UK, Europe and worldwide.
You’ll also be expected to complete order confirmations for new
bookings, liaise with the finance team on invoice queries and manage
administrative duties through our CRM system.

We ask that you are based at one of our offices at least two days of the
week (London or Essex), with flexible working possible for the remainder
of the week. We provide laptops and mobile phones to assist with remote
working.
