The company are an exciting recruitment tool utilising video CV's and AI to match individuals to relevant jobs. With aggressive growth and investment plans they are now on the lookout for a Sales Executive to bring on new clients and drive revenue. Due to the infancy of the company, it is a really exciting time to be joining as you will be a key stakeholder allowing you to make business decisions and suggest impactful changes.

The role:

  • You will be following up on any enquiries that have come in from marketing and social media by speaking to clients and understanding their needs.
  • You will be cold calling businesses to understand their recruitment needs and to consultatively offer your services.
  • You will work closely with the Account Executive who is focused on generating candidates to ensure a constant combined flow of clients and candidates.
  • You will be proactive in spotting marketing opportunities through events and trade shows.

The candidate:

  • You should be degree educated to enable you to understand the complexity of the tool.
  • Amazing relationship building is necessary, to not only build rapport but to be able to maintain relationships to enable trust in order to maintain revenue.
  • You must be confident enough to make your own decisions and be a key stakeholder within the business.
  • You will be driven and self-sufficient so that you can stay motivated working in a small team.
