Venatrix’s latest Graduate Sales Development Representative opportunity sits in the ‘educational technology’ part of the software-as-a-service industry. The company’s motto ‘When we ask people what do they bring to the table? We want them to say, I bring the table!’

The people behind the company

The founders of this company are a seriously impressive bunch. The CEO was the Digital Marketing Director of one of the World’s biggest beauty brands and is also an award-winning film maker. The CTO pioneered the first artificial intelligence powered technology that was used by the NHS. They both shared the same experience of poor onboarding, training and management in large corporations and knew something had to change. They wanted to design a platform that put the user/employee at the centre and made developing skills and management within organisations easy. Three and a half years ago, this company was born.

The journey so far

Since its inception three and half years ago, this company has secured a multi-million-pound Series A investment by the same fund behind ‘MyVoucherCodes’ and even has tennis star Andy Murray on the board of directors! The company has secured an impressive client portfolio including GymShark, HSBC and Vodafone. The company has global offices and is on a mission to be the #1 Learning Management System used by businesses all around the world.

What makes this company different?

This company has completely disrupted the ‘Learning Management Systems’ space through its use of personalisation, artificial intelligence and user experience. The software puts the use at the forefront and enables companies to treat their employees as individuals as opposed to numbers.
