Our client offers clients a digital DIY gamification marketing platform, that significantly improves Marketing team’s ability to engage end-customers with game mechanics. The platform helps brands run much more frequent and targeted campaigns, and the campaigns yield unprecedented conversions and deep user engagements due to the extensive game-based tools.

 

The user-friendly platform allows clients to circumvent the traditional 4-times a year campaign mode and instead run campaigns much more frequent, to a much more targeted audience, without having to engage a digital bureau to build the campaign. This has proven to resonate extremely well with Marketing Teams across a broad variety of sectors, and they are now the leading activation platform in Scandinavia. The in-person sales process has proven effective, and their talented sales team are typically closing their first orders within 2-4 weeks, sometimes faster.

 

The role:

Our client is looking for two graduate SDR’s to be the founding members of their sales team here in the UK. You must be able to identify leads, prospect and qualify opportunities and book meetings. You will need to creatively leverage emails, calls, and social selling tools to help customers engage with their sales organisation and benefit from the platform. You thrive with customer conversations and are passionate about helping businesses revolutionise their marketing approach.

Responsibilities:

? Generate new business opportunities.

? Collaborate with and leverage team-mates (Sales Management and Account Executives) to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities.

? Utilise industry insights to research & develop accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and initiate dialogue.

? Outbound prospect to companies via cold calling, email, marketing campaigns, social selling.

? Exceed monthly/quarterly quotas for Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).

? Accurately record quality information around all leads, closely monitoring and managing your pipeline.

We believe the following characteristics will benefit the right candidate:

? Interest in a career in Sales or in Sales Leadership.

? Positive and energetic, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills 1+ years of experience in Sales Development, Operations, or Sales preferred.

? Cold-calling experience preferred.

? A self-starter with a track record of successful, credible achievements.

? Passionate about technology, business, and winning.
