Medium-sized office in central London is looking to expand its horizons and take on some new clients. Great progression opportunity with several new roles opening up, fantastic benefits and generous commission structure.

Location: City of London

Start Date: Immediately/ASAP

Salary: £22k base salary + uncapped commission (typically between £16k & £19k in first year)

Role Title: Sales Development Representative - Technology


Large office with trading floor feel, lots of energy.

The Role

Your role will include:


Networking & making use of social media to expand the user base.

Calling on, welcoming and providing support personally, by telephone and in writing to interested parties and customers.

Identifying, developing and managing sales channels.

Using market insight to create new ideas to improve company's sales.

Work with overseas representatives from a range of backgrounds and cultures.

Provide regular updates on account opportunities to sales management.

Manage customer relationships within acquired accounts to retain existing revenue and acquire additional business.

The hiring company is incredibly fast-growing with huge backing from one of the top recruitment companies in the world. Currently at just under 10 employees, stationed on the same sales floor as the umbrella company so has all the buzz of a larger business but with greater exposure and responsibility.

Role Requirements

The candidate requirements outline a recent graduate (2014-18) with impeccable professional communication skills, strong target- and money-based motivation and abundant resilience.

The successful candidate will show:

Recent Graduate (2014-2018).

Superb openness and confidence and the ability to connect and build rapport with people easily at all levels.

Interest in the energy sector a plus but not an absolute requirement.

Any evidencing of working towards targets, whether within a job, in an academic or sporting setting or elsewhere.

A super driven and competitive nature.

Great resilience, displaying perseverance in the face of rejection.

Articulated and professional communication skills.
