Job Title: Sales Development Representative - Inbound

Salary: £35,000 basic + £5,000-10,000 OTE

This is a life changing opportunity to join a world leading company valued at over $8billion an inbound Sales Development Representative, no experience is necessary - simply the right characteristics to want to work hard, be coachable and succeed.

The company is hiring 4 super-motivated individuals who will fly to California for a 2 week rigorous training and onboarding. During this time, you will work with industry experts to hone and perfect your sales skills. This will be an all expenses paid trip!

Once return you will assume the role of a full blown inbound Sales Development Representative –this role is an inbound lead sales role where you will working closely with the demand generation and marketing functions to help qualify the inbound leads that they have generated. Once you fine a viable client you will introduce them to the more experienced sales team to close the deal.

Then beyond this – the company is growing so rapidly and they are looking for the future Sales stars, sales managers, sales leaders and VPs!

The Money & Progression

Initially joining on a £35,000 basic you will have the opportunity to earn £5,000-£10,000 annual commission on top of this figure, uncapped. After around 9 months in the role & subject to your success you could move to join a 3 month Associate Account Executive training program, where upon graduation you will be paid £35,000 basic plus £35,000 OTE so 12 months from now you could be on a £70,000 package!

Candidate sought:

No prior sales experience is required. The role would suit a university graduate 0-36 months out of university or a candidate or similar.

Skills/ qualities:

· Desire and capability to attend a 2- week training program in California & therefore the appropriate vaccination status to enter the USA
