Role: Sales Development Representative

The Company:
Our client is a market leading all-in-one marketing and sales acceleration solution. Their service is used for B2B lead enrichment, lead generation, and marketing/sales automation. Currently, they already have 500+ clients and have released native applications for Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics.
Their goal is to become the world’s preferred lead generation platform and they are building out their team with graduates ready to help make that happen. They already have established industry professionals who will help you develop into future leaders and as long as you have the mentality, drive and passion to succeed with them.

The Role:
· Engage with prospects (C-suite/Directors) and articulate the product in an effective manner
· Establish trusting relationships with key stakeholders
· Book outbound meetings through a combination of cold calls, emails, social outreach, networking, and independent research
· Deliver relevant marketing content to prospects
· Generate and manage sales pipeline; maintain impeccable admin and update all activity in salesforce
· Lead efforts in building sustainable processes, and procedures
· Work in conjunction with BDM’s to convert opportunities created into sales qualified leads
· Managed assigned inbound leads, using correct practices
· Maintain a positive mind-set irrespective of any challenging situations
· Continue to create opportunities for new business
The Ideal Candidate:
· Degree educated with a strong academic background
· Ability to articulate with strong written and verbal communication skills
· Self-motivated, proactive, flexible
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Emotional intelligence
· A can-do, agile attitude necessary to thrive in a scale-up environment
· Uses initiative when challenged
· Willingness to learn core technology tools
· Excellent time-management
· Sales Experience preferred but not essential with a passion for sales
