Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Salary: £45,000 basic + £20,000 uncapped commission OTE + Stock

This Company's co-founders were engineers at LinkedIn. They invented and sold one of the most well known and popular Open Source technologies, Kafka. It is used by more than 80& of the Fortune500! Once they sold this technology, they wanted to build their own business that would help companies tap into the huge amounts of data that they are generating and use insights to make decisions.

A use case for their software is BMW. BMW produce Smart Cars that create huge amounts of data every second. This Company's technology enables BMW to understand everything from which parts they need to order to build more cars all the way to how they can improve the product as they are being used.

This Company is pioneering a new segment of the tech sector. Any company that relies on real time data needs a platform to enable that flow of information. It is the central nervous system of a company.

They IPO'ed at $6billion last year and are now on the hunt for 5 Sales Development Representative to join the EMEA team.


The Opportunity


  • Remote first company with offices in London and Barcelona
  • Looking for SDRs who want to go into the office 2/3 times a week
  • You can be based out of London or Barcelona
  • Selling to Companies like Sainsbury’s, Dominoes, Tesla, BMW, Nasa
  • Progression routes into Commercial Account Executive , Solutions Engineer, Strategy and Ops team, Sales Enablement, Customer Success, Marketing
