Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Salary: £34,000 basic + £15,000 commission OTE 

Location: London


By joining this company you will have the opportunity to work with some of the largest brand name clients in the world such as John Lewis, Santander & Pfizer. You will be having business conversations with their Head of People/ HR / Talent which will quickly expose you to senior people and educate you in how to successfully sell to people of this profile. As part of a rapidly expanding & fast growth team, you will experience what it is like to be part of a business where the team doubles in size! 

  

This company have invested in an external onboarding and training provider provide the best start to those joining in the Sales Development Representative role. You will be taught the most relevant and contemporary approach the role. You will get to understand sales from a true professional and receive the coaching and guidance to help you become a phenomenal sales-person. Your role will be to open opportunities with senior figures in target enterprise companies. In terms of progression, after a year in the role and subject to your performance you can follow the path most suited you across the business which could be in marketing, sales or project management

Candidate sought: 

  

No prior sales experience is required. The role would suit a university graduate 0-36 months out of university or a candidate or similar.
