Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Salary: £32,000 basic + £20,000 commission OTE

Location: London



  • You will be teamed up with 2 Account Executives 
  • You will be given a list of Tier 1 (Enterprise accounts) to go after Tier 2 (smaller deals) and you will work with the AEs to come up with a very strategic plan about how to get into them 
  • You will be targeting BRANDS  
  • You will be targeting people in media, digital, insights, and analytics 
  • You will use Outreach and other sales automation tools to target clients 
  • You will be using multi-touch campaigns and will use email & LinkedIn more than the phone 
  • You will go through a tried and tested remote onboarding programme and you will be based out of the office in London Bridge once we go back to work 
  • Progression will see you move into an AE Role or Customer Success 



Our client is a Post Series B Artificial Intelligence-powered creativity platform. In layman’s terms, the AI helps companies to optimize their media spend by codifying advertising guidelines. For example, if an alcohol brand is launching a video Facebook campaign, the software would automatically put an ‘Over 18’S logo’ on the advertisement or it would optimise the video for people who are working from home and watching the video with the sound off. The platform accounts for brand guidelines, best practices and what advertisements need to do/say to comply with regulation. 


For huge companies like Unilever that have multiple employees, campaigns, agencies this software is crucial to have a full view of the advertising landscape and ensure media budget is being spent in the best and most efficient way. 


This Company has just gone through a rebranding and is now supercharged to grow exponentially in 2022. The company employed two Venatrix Sales Development Representatives last year who have booked meetings with Companies like L'Oreal, Clarins, Volkswagen and Johnson and Johnson and are now Account Executives! This Company is a start-up and is looking for candidates that are full of creativity and initiative. This Company do 'ELEVATE FRIDAY' where there are no internal meetings and employees are encouraged to take the day to do something that will develop them as an individual outside of work!
