Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Salary: £36,000 basic + £15,000 commission OTE

After hiring 16 Sales Development Representatives into the team via Venatrix in the last 18 months they are back looking for the next sales superstar to help them win new clients!

As a Sales Development Representative you will be:

· Reaching out to new prospects via email, phone and creative videos etc

· Qualifying prospects through a specific structure

· Consulting with senior marketing executives about their specific challenges

· Bookings demos for more senior Account Executives to attend

· Working your way through a clear 3 step development program to become an Account executive yourself!

No experience is necessary! The company are looking for people who are curious, proactive, willing to learn and self-reflect.
