  • Build a pipeline of sales opportunities for the company through generating new business via the phone, email and social media
  • Using a variety of tools and techniques, create outreach strategies for new lead generation
  • Obtain an in-depth knowledge of Brandwatch, their SaaS product and the markets which they operate within, in order to have valuable conversations with the clients
  • Support senior sales team members on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts
  • Schedule qualified calls and meetings with prospects, introducing these new leads to the senior sales team
  • Act as the first point of contact for potential customers and determine the next steps for each individual prospect moving forward
  • Anticipate new business by keeping on top of industry trends and understanding the social medial landscape to identify new opportunities
  • This role grants real autonomy and encourages a creative approach when it comes to prospecting; offering excellent progression opportunities into more senior roles


  • Educated to degree level
  • Comfortable working in target-driven environments
  • Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
  • Ideally, you'll have a proven track record with some cold-calling experience (no matter how small!)
