Salary: £35,000 Basic + £20,000 Commission Y1 + Shares

This week we are recruiting for a SaaS business that is really making a difference. This Company is a Spend Management Platform that works with public sector companies and charities and helps them get money to people that need it. The Company was founded by two WorldPay Executives who sold multimillion dollar business but wanted to leave the corporate world and democratise the financial services industry. This Company has recently been part of a huge project with a Global Relocation Agency that has helped people fleeing from Ukraine get access to funds within their countries of refuge. It also helps Universities deliver Government Grants to students in need of additional funding. The Company has perfected its product market fit and is now on the hunt for 2 SDRs to join the London team. This Company is a scrappy start-up that is looking for candidates who are okay with ambiguity, want to get stuck in to lots of parts of the business and are ready to hustle hard to win customers. They are paying a basic of 35,000 and a commission of 20,000 in year one. The Role

• Sales Development Representative x 2
• Reporting into the Head of Sales
• Joining a team of existing SDRs
• Using Salesloft to reach out to new clients
• Contacting Public Sector organisations and charities
• Having consultative conversations about spend management
• Working towards weekly targets
• On a progression path to become an Account Executive
